As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Product Owner/Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff, promptly and effectively addressing software issues.
- Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets, technical documents, and support tickets.
- Assist with the testing and deployment of software updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and procedures.
- Utilise expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, WordPress, and Wix to support and troubleshoot custom web-based applications and platforms.
- Manage DNS records and configurations to ensure the availability and reliability of our online services.
- Administer Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) applications and services.
- Gather and document business requirements and processes to understand current issues and/or new functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, WordPress, and Wix.
- Experience with DNS record management and configuration.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications and services.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems, as well as common productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
- Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
