What You'll Do:As the IT & Systems Manager, you will oversee a talented offshore team of IT professionals, manage their critical software platforms, and cultivate strong partnerships with vendors and a range of diverse stakeholders. It’s an exciting time the join the business as the acquisition and merging of a new business has confirmed a new era of significant growth. The operational integration of the 2 enterprises will be a key focus.
You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from optimising their ERP system to enhancing their e-commerce platforms, and the merger/acquisition. Your strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure as well as supporting the needs of the growing business.

Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a visionary leader with at least 5 years of IT management experience in Australia, a broad background in infrastructure and ERP systems, and a track record of success in leading teams and driving innovation. If you’ve worked on mergers/acquisitions before this would be extremely highly regarded. You should possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for sustainability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
