The IT Team Leader plays a critical role in leading the IT Support Team in provide quality service to end users, running the IT Support function and developing the IT Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating on the strategic and annual plan to guide and focus the work efforts of the IT department.
- Establishing and maintaining service level agreements for the IT Support and implementing programs to achieve objectives.
- Monitoring IT support performance against service level agreements and implementing improvements where required.
- Developing effective relationships with all key stakeholders across the Swoop businesses.
- Ensuring the effective and efficient operation and maintenance of Swoop's servers, network and security IT infrastructure.
- Coordinating the upgrading of IT systems as needed.
Your experience and qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field.
- Broad and proven experience in a variety of platforms e.g. VMWare
- MSP Experience (Level 2 and 3) is highly desirable
- Proven experience in delivering projects alongside BAU
- An interest and experience in the professional development of team members.
Satisfactory police checks, reference checks and working rights are a requirement of the role.
