Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Trainer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This role will be based out of their Melbourne CBD office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and training to staff across a range of technology applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support and group training in a variety of technology applications, including Microsoft Office suite programs.
- Facilitate new program training and provide support to staff for problem-solving.
- Possess experience in customer service or a learning and development field.
- Provide help desk support to the firm.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to provide timely resolution and responsiveness.
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide support, advice, and guidance to staff.
- Proven experience in training and facilitating new programs.
- Strong customer service or learning and development experience.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with a proven track record of providing timely resolution and responsiveness.
