It Trainer

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Trainer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This role will be based out of their Melbourne CBD office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and training to staff across a range of technology applications.
Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support and group training in a variety of technology applications, including Microsoft Office suite programs.
• Facilitate new program training and provide support to staff for problem-solving.
• Possess experience in customer service or a learning and development field.
• Provide help desk support to the firm.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to provide timely resolution and responsiveness.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide support, advice, and guidance to staff.
• Proven experience in training and facilitating new programs.
• Strong customer service or learning and development experience.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and proactive, with a proven track record of providing timely resolution and responsiveness.
