We are currently looking for a full-time ICT Trainer to join our company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Develop and deliver training programs on various ICT tools and systems.
•Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of the company.
•Deliver training sessions through a variety of methods, including in-person, online, and self-paced learning modules.
•Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
•Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in ICT training and best practices.
•Provide ongoing support to employees to ensure that they are able to use ICT tools and systems effectively.
To be considered for this role:
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
•Hold a tertiary qualification in an Information Technology-related field
•Strong communication skills
•Great organizational and time management skills
Annual Salary:
$76,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation
