We are currently looking for a full-time ICT Trainer to join our company.
Responsibilities include,but are not limited to:
- Develop and deliver training programs on various ICT tools and systems.
- Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of the company.
- Deliver training sessions through a variety of methods, including in-person, online, and self-paced learning modules.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in ICT training and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to employees to ensure that they are able to use ICT tools and systems effectively.
To be considered for this role:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Hold a tertiary qualification in an Information Technology-related field
- Strong communication skills
- Great organizational and time management skills
Annual Salary:
$76,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation
