Role:
The IT/Service Desk Manager is a new ‘hands on’ role within Djerriwarrh Community & Education Services. This position is broad ranging from oversight of the IT Strategy Plan, working closely with our third party IT supplier, supporting staff with preliminary IT issues, to ordering and issuing IT equipment and mobile phones to staff.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Technical qualification in an Information Technology discipline with a minimum Certificate/Diploma in IT or related discipline
- Microsoft certification desirable
- Familiarity with ITIL and ISM
