Our IT department at Healthscope's head office has a vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work alongside our Service Desk team.

As an IT Service Desk Analyst your responsibilities will include: 

·         Provide an exceptional level of frontline IT support that is customer focused and people oriented

·         Continuously explore improvement opportunities to troubleshoot and resolve failures

·         Support the IT Service Desk Manager and Head of IT Service Delivery as required to assist with IT's objectives and strategies for Healthscope

·         Provide support outside of business hours as well as participate in our on-call roster

Selection Criteria: 

·         ITIL Certified

·         Prior experience working in an IT Service Desk environment providing both Level 1 & 2 support (Min. 2 years desirable) in a large size organisation

·         Ability to present professionally through an excellent phone manner and face to face customer service skills

·         Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and achieve results in a high-volume and fast paced environment

·         Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

·         Experience and understanding of:

·         Troubleshooting MS Windows OS 7 & 10

·         Proficient with MS Office 2016 & O365

·         Hardware and application software including, but not limited to, VPN, network printers/copiers, MS Outlook, network connectivity, and PC hardware repair and upgrades

·         Windows server 2008 and 2012 preferred

·         Active Directory

·         MS Exchange

·         DNS/DHCP

·         Citrix

·         ITSM Software i.e. Cherwell ITSM

Desirable Criteria:

·         Qualifications and experience in:

·         Industry certifications i.e. MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA

·         SCCM imaging & scripting

·         Health Industry service
