Itsm Officer

As part of the Service Management Practice team, the ITSM Officer will:

• Coordinate and undertake a range of tasks to provide support for the implementation of service management initiatives, reporting on SLAs, and process management.
• Undertake specific projects, research, analysis, policy and process development, and client liaison and consultation activities.

The Role: * Implement and run service management processes including relevant reporting, providing advice and assistance on the development of service level agreements.

• As part of a team provide a range of IT support services to clients at agreed standards of service.

• In consultation with the Manager IT Service Management Practice, provide consultancy and documentation services for management, clients and external vendors, and facilitate the development of sound IT practices within the agency.

• Undertake specific projects and tasks within Health ICT required by the Manager IT Service Management Practice.

• Support ongoing improvement in the operations of Health ICT through business process analysis.

Position Features

• Some regular out of hours work or on call may be required to meet specific needs or deadlines

• Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required

Details of AppointmentPermanent full time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

• Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.

Salary: $95,393 - $100,067 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

• Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility:Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable: * Relevant IT industry experience

• A degree or tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline

• Current Driver's License

• ITIL Foundation certification
