As part of the Service Management Practice team, the ITSM Officer will:
- Coordinate and undertake a range of tasks to provide support for the implementation of service management initiatives, reporting on SLAs, and process management.
- Undertake specific projects, research, analysis, policy and process development, and client liaison and consultation activities.
- As part of a team provide a range of IT support services to clients at agreed standards of service.
- In consultation with the Manager IT Service Management Practice, provide consultancy and documentation services for management, clients and external vendors, and facilitate the development of sound IT practices within the agency.
- Undertake specific projects and tasks within Health ICT required by the Manager IT Service Management Practice.
- Support ongoing improvement in the operations of Health ICT through business process analysis.
- Partake in work across a wide variety of technical and non-technical streams
- Opportunities to work on projects that benefit the Agency statewide
- Work in a small, motivated and cohesive team
- Some regular out of hours work or on call may be required to meet specific needs or deadlines
- Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required

- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
- A degree or tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Current Driver's License
- ITIL Foundation certification
