In Australia, Adecco has over 50 years industry experience making us the most qualified provider and leading supplier of casual and permanent staff.DescriptionThis role will suit a self-motivated individual who has strong sales and relationship building ability. Previous experience in the recruitment industry is preferred but not essential.The key responsibilities and duties of the role:

• Business development to grow your client portfolio
• Maintain business relationships with existing clients
• Consult with organisations on their recruitment needs
• Source candidates through multiple channels
• Screen, interview candidates and make recommendations to your clients
• Other ad-hoc duties

ProfileIn order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:

• Few years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in the recruitment industry preferred
• Strong customer service skills and customer centric mindset
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Japanese
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
