About the role
- You will provide a high level of customer service within our store
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Complete all transactions in line with compliance practices (regulative, legislative and operational)
- Negotiate with customers to find win/win solutions
- Liaise with customers using the highest levels of respect, professionalism & diligence; and
- Work towards achieving individual and store KPIs
You have…
- Previous customer service experience in a jewellery sales role
- A naturally friendly and welcoming style
- The ability to build great relationships and encourage repeat business with our loyal customer base; and
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
