We are looking for a Store Manager for Zamel's, Eastlands shopping Centre, Ringwood VIC
About the Role:
Within this Store Manager role, you will oversee the team within this store. You will oversee daily team meetings and setting targets for everyone for the day. You will need to lead by example of the sales floor. As a Store Manager you will be required to work full time including one day every weekend.
- Achieving or exceeding sales budgets for your store.
- Analysing, following up and coaching individual sales results for your team.
- Driving sales and training culture in the store.
- Driving and delivering exceptional customer service standards.
To be considered for this opportunity, the following skills and experience are required:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Manager / Assistant Manager
- Previous sales experience
- Determination to achieve results
- Proven ability to achieving sales budgets
- Natural ability to negotiate and build relationships
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Excellent customer service skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement & achievement
