Welcome to Inhouse Granny Flats. We are a growing construction company based in Castle Hill. Our expertise extends out to building Granny Flats, Renovations, Homes and Duplexes across Sydney NSW. We pride ourselves with our amazing workmanship and team, constructing over 2000+ dwellings. Currently, we require a Construction Project Manager who can keep up with our fast pace environment and help our team out in the construction department. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, we provide the training. - No experience needed, training is provided
- Someone who shows an interest in Sales
- Drivers License Required
Tasks & responsibilities
- Developing and organising Purchase Orders
- Lodging and organising Occupational Certificates
- Directing the Construction project schedule
- Establishing Service calls
- Directing open homes
- Cooperating with Architects, Engineers, Clients, Foremen and Certifiers.
Preferable experiences
- Competency in reading Architectural, Structural, Sewer and Stormwater plans
- Competency in reading BASIX
- Understand the pipeline and flow of a construction schedule
- Confident in communicating across all trades
- General knowledge in Residential Construction
