BAMS Commercial Fitouts has been operating over 30 years providing services from Design, Manufacturing, Installation and Project Management. Our warehouse and office are located in Narellan with onsite parking, conveniently located within a 2 minute drive from Narellan Town Centre.
BAMS Commercial Fitouts is currently seeking a full-time experienced Site Project Manager willing to join our existing team.
The role requires the applicant to have the ability to Project Manage multiple projects across Sydney at any one time.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating labour activity on worksite and managing overall site performance of building and construction process, including liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Reviewing building practices to ensure compliance with forecast budgets, project management procedures and health and safety guidelines.
- Implementing and updating documentation as required, such as a site diary and incident reports.
- Maintaining and building client, subcontractor and employee relationships.
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
- Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Carry out contract administration duties
- Assist with quoting and estimation breakdowns
- Assisting with and carrying out detailed drawings for joinery items using Cabinet Vision
- Taking job specific photos for social media and uploading them on company’s system
- Carrying out quality assurance measures
- Carrying out check measures onsite
- Calculating dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials
Requirements:
- Over 8 years Construction experience
- White card
- Current C-class drivers licence or higher
- Previous experience as Site Project Manager
- Excellent communication and organisation capabilities
- Ability to supervise and manage stakeholders
