The Role & Company
Working as a CA on an initial you will be responsible for the commercial management of Multi-residential/ industrial & Commerical projects. Learn the tender process, reporting directly into Director.
You will have outstanding people management skills and have a genuine interest in perusing your construction carraer. You will remain a ‘hands-on’ Jnr CA looking after initial project procurement and managing day to day commercial aspects across trade letting, variations and progress claims. E
The Builder are a privately owned. They have been around for 15+ years a strong order book of forward work and an ethical approach to business and employment.
Qualifications & Experience
- You will have post degree qualification experience working as a Contracts Administrator.
- You will ideally have worked on projects residential projects
- Exposure to D&C projects is highly desirable
- You will be commercially astute, honest and have a strong, team focused work ethic
