Your new role
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to manage contracts, maintain documentation, and facilitate efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration: Interpret and administer contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of contract variations, progress claims, and correspondence.
- Cost Control: Monitor project costs, track variations, and assist with budget management.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with external consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project milestones.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks related to contracts and project delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
