About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and expertise to effectively manage contracts and provide top-notch services to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, reviewing, and negotiating variations to contracts related to education and immigration services.
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues concerning contracts, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Managing and organizing paperwork associated with contracts to maintain accurate records.
- Contributing to the negotiation of contract terms with internal teams and external partners, including educational institutions and legal advisors.
- Renewing and updating existing contracts to maintain the integrity of contract information and ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Analyzing potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
- Staying up-to-date with legislative changes and ensuring contracts comply with the latest education and immigration policies.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least one year of experience in contract management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Law, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Australian education and immigration policies.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Confidence in decision-making, problem-solving, and acting accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: $73,000 - $83,000 per year
Start Date: Immediate start preferred
