This is your opportunity to grow, develop and be challenged! Sarina Russo Job Access seeks a passionate, energetic Job Placement Officer with a can-do attitude to join our team on a full time basis working across one of the locations below:
- Campbelltown, Ingleburn and Camden; or
- Cabramatta and Fairfield
Build relationships with local employers and the community and help candidates achieve their goals by linking them to employers who can capitalise on their expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Network with local businesses and community groups and identify employment opportunities
- Interview, refer and place candidates into these positions
- Ensure record keeping and database entries are accurate and timely
You will have:
- Previous sales or recruitment experience and a flair for business development and networking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong digital and administration skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous Employment Services/ Job Services Australia experience highly regarded
