We are currently seeking a highly organised, self-motivated individual to join our Work Placement team. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our services, ensuring stakeholders receive an exceptional experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Program Manager and Work Placement Coordinators
- Facilitating placements and supporting stakeholder engagement
- Maintaining the program database and assisting in data collection and management
- Managing business resources, supplies, and equipment
- Handling a variety of administration duties.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current driver's license and willingness to undergo National Police and Working with Children checks
- Strong administration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to multitask
- Understanding of the NSW Education system and/or Vocational Education & Training is advantageous.
