Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) are seeking a passionate, driven and committed individual to join the team as a Jobs Advisor -Disability Employment Services (DES) on a Full Time basis based in our Nerang office.

As a Jobs Advisor in the DES space, you will be providing coaching and support to clients with a disability, injury or health condition to obtain skills to move towards sustainable employment or training. You will engage with local employers to advocate on behalf of your clients and source suitable opportunities for them. 

Who are we looking for?

Someone who thrives in a team environment! You have a positive ‘can-do’ demeanour and the ability to build rapport and connect with anyone. You live and breathe exceptional customer service and can easily balance empathetic listening with confidence to advocate on your client's behalf or have the tough conversations where required. This is a busy role, so you need impeccable time management skills with a strong motivation to achieve positive outcomes and KPI’s. Most of all, you have a genuine drive to see your customers succeed and have the skills and capability to support this.

Essential experience, qualifications and skills:

  • A recent clear National Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check (blue card)
  • Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
  • Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
