Role Expectations:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our Participants through your compassionate and supportive approach. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a Welcoming Environment: Establishing a warm, professional, and supportive atmosphere to ensure Participants feel valued and respected.
- Personal Care Assistance: Providing compassionate assistance with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and dressing, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Mobility Assistance: Assisting Participants with mobility as outlined in their care plans, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Building Relationships: Developing meaningful connections with Participants and their visitors, fostering trust and rapport within our community.
- Team Collaboration: Being a collaborative team player who enjoys fostering a positive and enjoyable work environment.
- Time Management and Attention to Detail: Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Healthcare Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed healthcare documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

What We Require From You:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow Card
- Up-to-Date Police Check
- Working With Children / Blue Card (Preferred)
- Certificate III/ IV or Relevant Paid Experience
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver's License
- Flu Vaccine
- Full COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster Shot, in line with NSW Health Regulations
- Valid Rights to Work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
