Your Role:

As our Office Administration & Quoting Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth communication between Our Team, clients, and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Generating accurate and timely quotes for home modification projects, ensuring that all specifications and requirements are met.
  • Coordinating scheduling and logistics for installations, working closely with our installation team and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and maintaining office supplies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Office Administration, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quoting software is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
