- We are a dynamic fast paced delivery environment and the focus areas for these roles will develop and evolve as program delivery progresses. Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Business and Risk Subject Matter Experts to illicit requirements, shape the future design of our non-financial risk environment and identify opportunities or areas requiring focus
- Working across the program team to develop best-practice solutions to realise opportunities or resolve issues
- Applying your technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data, combining and interrogating data to identify patterns and trends, and providing meaningful information and insights to help inform decisions.
- Continuous improvement of the Non-Financial Risk Framework and supporting procedures and tooling
- Active identification, management and remediation of delivery risks and issues
- Development and analysis of reporting to track progress and outcomes against target state
- Support to the Non-Financial Risk Operating Model by demonstrating a strong understanding of risk management practices and behaviours
- Active participation in delivery stream cadence of scrum meetings, sprint planning and PI planning
- Extensive Business Analysis experience and detailed knowledge of analysis tasks, elicitation techniques, documenting, presenting, and managing requirements with different stakeholders across business and program teams
- Solid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines, and procedures
- Previous experience working in the Banking industry is essential
- Understanding of the risk and compliance management and the ANZ Non-Financial Risk Framework is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in working on projects, varying in type and size
- An excellent communicator - both written and verbal, with proven influencing and facilitation skills
- Natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team
- An ability to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on complex tasks
- Previous experience working in a hybrid project delivery environment (i.e. Agile and Waterfall methodology) also highly desirable
