This role will work within a cross functional team to coordinate the end-to-end design, delivery and execution of the
ANZ Plus customer lifecycle experiences to onboard, activate, engage, and retain our customer base, through 1:1 campaigns (email, push, in-app, etc)Melbourne location50% hybrid workingWhat could your day look like?When we communicate with our customers via digital and human channels, there are a lot of moving parts and multiple steps to get right before it lands.
- Leverage marketing strategy to create orchestrated journeys, focusing on digital channels
- Work closely with Product Owners, Marketers, Content Writers, Experience Designers, Data Specialists and Campaign Developers to gather requirements, develop documentation, and ensure the successful build of notifications/campaigns that deliver value to the customer.
- Manage delivery of notifications via PEGA CDH by populating requirements, raising change requests, reviewing notifications, and coordinating BVT
- Uncover risks and sequence/map user stories to build process and controls so that we can proceed safely with building the roadmap
- Support Agile Delivery Leads with scrum master activities and help drive collaboration across the team
- Regularly review results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, championing a “test and learn” culture.
What's in your toolkit?Detail orientated, curious, collaborative and comfortable in our fast paced, test and learn environment. We're looking for someone with strong experiences in 1:1 engagement
and Personalisation.
- Experienced in B2C marketing, digital customer journeys, martech, data and Personalisation
- Tech savvy, data led and proficient in marketing tools like Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce, PEGA, Unica or similar
- Experience building out requirements, processes and methods that meet business needs, data privacy, security and compliance regulations
- Experience identifying risk and controls, creating process maps that are simple and re-usable
- Organisation, documentation and communication of complex requirements is your superpower! We use tools such as, Confluence, Jira and Figma to name a few.
