Position: Junior Account Executive
Reporting to: Regional Sales Director, Asia Pacific
Location: APAC, Melbourne office
Type: Full time, Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
The Junior Account Executive is a critical role at Point of Rental, responsible for sales to new customers across our suite of products. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Junior Account Executive is a key, emerging talent in our efforts to win new customers and to grow our customer base. The role requires flair, skill and initiative in prospecting, networking, qualifying, presenting, and closing deals. Proficient product-knowledge and a solid understanding of our product's practical applications are foundations for success in this role.
The Junior Account Executive is a sales professional on-the-rise, demonstrating strong organization and self-starting energy. As a key representative of our brand and products, they build relationships and solves problems by marrying our software solutions to customers' needs.
Essential Functions
End-to-end management of the sales process across our suite of products
Manages inbound leads through the sales process; qualify, demo, nurture
Networks, prospects, qualifies and generates sales leads and opportunities
Sets and coordinates opportunity meetings and demonstrations
Manages prospect relationship
Identifies appropriate contacts, qualifies and drives leads through the sales pipeline
Manages quotations and is involved in pricing discussions
Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the Point-of-Rental suite and other internal systems
Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
Maintains accurate Sales Force records on all activities
