You'll team up with our seasoned Account Manager to build bridges, close deals and make meaningful relationships with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Become a contributor to our customer service team learning the ropes of our business, systems, clients and products whilst providing top-notch support to our global client base and their trusty customer service teams. 
• Account Management: Join forces with our Account Manager to forge strong client relationships, spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and navigate the occasional escalation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A customer-first attitude honed through experience in a bustling customer service environment.
• Proven ability to forge robust and meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• A knack for problem-solving coupled with adept multitasking skills to effectively prioritise tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, ensuring seamless navigation of essential tools.
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings outside of standard business hours to cater to our international partners needs.
