Join a small, extremely passionate business located in the south east of Melbourne.

As the junior Account Manager, one of your main responsibilities will be to look after one of the company's biggest accounts, being Bunnings. Your role will provide lots of variety and learning. If you are someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced, but collaborative environment, this role will deliver.

This role is located in the South East of Melbourne in Carrum Downs. A small amount of hybrid working will be supported and adjusted depending on living location

Description

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work alongside the senior Account Manager, assisting them in the internal processes and account administration.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Being the internal support and Account Administrator for their biggest account, Bunnings
  • Oversee many aspects of the Account Management process, including client interaction and hands-on responsibilities
  • Oversee all weekly/monthly reports - (including sales, stock levels, stock Adjustments, etc)
  • Responding to Team Assists (Bunnings customer service emails)
  • Data Capturing and Analysis
  • Visits to stores to pick up and provide samples
  • Creating Meeting Agendas and Minutes
  • Provide presentations when necessary
  • Enter Bunnings Item Uploads
  • Range Guide Ownership
  • Review Colour Grading Changes

Profile

Being a team player, with a dynamic personality and collaborative approach will be imperative to success in this role.

To fit the profile of this role, you would need to demonstrate:

  • Some level of basic Account Management assistance experience
  • Must be at an Intermediate level using Excel (including running pivot tables and V Lookups_
  • Any experience dealing with Bunnings at a store or supplier level will be an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to review sales data and draw conclusions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Works collaboratively and enjoys being part of a team
  • Ability to pivot quickly if priorities from the client change
  • An outgoing and dynamic personality
