J M Accounting is a dynamic CA & CPA certified accounting firm based in western Sydney. We provide experienced and friendly service in a range of accounting service, specialising in taxation, business accounting, payroll and asset protection. We are a fast-growing accounting firm, and we are looking for a trainee accountant, who are enthusiastic and motivated to be an accountant in the future.
Qualifications & experience
- University student & accounting graduate welcome.
- High degrees of accuracy and attention to details
- Proactive approaches to problem solving.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook
Tasks & responsibilities
- Data entry using accounting software, Handisoft, Xero, Quickbook
- communicate with client and office administration
- Collect documents and prepare quarterly BAS statement
- Support the accountant with quarterly BAS & annual tax return
