The successful candidate will provide day to day support to our internal teams and be the point of contact with our outsourced team. This role would suit someone at the beginning of their IT career as you will be supported with fantastic development opportunities and the chance to help shape the face of Technology at BCB.
Key skills & responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Act as a point of contact for internal & external IT requests and queries
- Manage all hardware requests including purchasing & organising repairs as necessary
- Provide technical guidance and support where possible
- Contribute to establishing policy & process
- Deliver IT inductions to new starters
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- A desire to have a successful career in Technology
- Tertiary qualification in a technology-related discipline preferred but not essential
- Excellent computer literacy, including using Microsoft Excel
- Stong problem solving & analytical skills
- A pro-active nature and willingness to learn
- Good relationship building and communication skills
