Key responsibilities and about the role

We're always interested in talking to people who are passionate about supply chain and all that it encompasses. Based in our Ravenhall office (with a 3/2 hybrid option available), you might find yourself engaging in the following activities: 

• Verify and process vendor invoices
• Expense reimbursement 
• Schedule and process payments 
• Reconcile of bank accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency
• File and maintain vendor records  
• Manage cash flows
• Check PO Box occasionally
• Perform other ad hoc & admin tasks as required by management

What you bring to the role

• A fresh graduate or final year undergraduate from Finance or Accounting degree (preferable but not required)
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable (preferable but not required)
• Proficiency in using Excel
• Experience with CargoWise One (preferable but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially regarding financial record-keeping
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Ability to work independently
