Joining a high functioning Accounts Payable team nearby to Melbourne's CBD, the Graduate AR Officer will work within a large team, reporting to the AR Team Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.
- Complete the daily download file as per team roster.
- Review of daily banking variance download report & prioritizing of variances
- Follow up stores with discrepancies via phone or email to investigate.
- Complete report with comments and outcomes of discrepancy investigation
- Ensure the significant variances identified on a daily basis are followed through to an outcome.
- Ensure all month tasks are completed acutely as per timetable
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume
- Experience in a financial administrative role
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and continually looks for opportunities to improve and grow
