About the Job
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking to employee an experience JuniorBookkeeper to join our supportive team.
- Permanent part time position
- Monday to Friday
- School hours available
- 20-30 hour per week
- Located in Craigieburn
Reporting directly to Senior Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Accounts payable
- Managing accounts by verifying, allocating and recording transactions and reconciles entries to balance.
- Data entry of invoices.
- Month-end accounting procedures
- General accounting duties
Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts processing within Australia.
- Proficient knowledge with MYOB and Xero.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Applications. (word, excel)
- Great customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motived.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Highly organised and able to priorities.
- Team player.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Fast learner – ability to pick up new skills and concepts quickly.
Qualifications/Tickets/Licenses
- Cert IV inn Bookkeeping or a tertiary qualification in business or accounting.
- Australian driver's license.
- National Police Check.
