We are currently looking for a full time Admin Member to join the AVI Team.
About the role:
- Responsible for creating supplier orders within the Accounting Software and following up vendors for shipping dates
- Booking flights and accommodation when needed for management and staff
- Processing Sales Orders
- Data entry for accounts
- Electronic filing
- Support Receptionists for answering incoming calls and onsite visitors (approx 15 calls a day shared between 4 admin staff and 4-6 visitors a week)
- Providing customer service for all visitors and meetings including ordering and preparing catering, making beverages for customers and management, and tidying meeting rooms after meetings
- Collecting mail from PO box
- General admin purchasing such as kitchen, toilet, and stationary consumables and uniforms
- Creating spreadsheets for organising when necessary
- Booking freight
- Minute taking in meetings
- General admin tasks
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Managing Director/CFO/Line Manager

Essential:
- Australian Permanent residency or Citizenship is a requirement for this position
- A current national police clearance is a pre-requisite for engagement with AVI and on-going employment may be the subject to obtaining and maintaining AGSVA baseline clearances
