- Deliver exceptional customer service with high-touch tenant communication
- Supporting the property management team with all tenant enquiry – no portfolio to manage
- Coordinate all the maintenance, tenant enquiries, assists to processes applications, references, etc
- Previous property management/real estate experience essential
- Well presented, and an eye for detail
- Passionate about the real estate industry
- A positive attitude
- Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
- Multi-task and prioritise your workload
