We are a growing business and are currently seeking a Junior Administration and Customer Service Assistant to join our Click Invoicing team. This exciting new role is perfect for someone looking to take their first step into the world of Administration and Customer Service. As a Junior Administration and Customer Service Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and receive on-the-job training, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our clients receive the high level of service they expect. You will be responsible for the following areas:
- Providing support to clients, answering enquiries and resolving issues
- Assisting with the training of new clients in the end-to-end process flow
- Monitoring service level agreements to ensure they are being met
- Communicating with clients via phone, email and other channels
- Assisting with KPI reporting on a monthly basis
As a Junior Administration and Customer Service Assistant, you will have the following experience and skills:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- An eye for detail
- The ability to multitask
- An unwavering commitment to Customer Service
- A level of proficiency in both the Google suite and Microsoft office products
In addition to the above, the following would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite:
- An understanding of Point of Sale systems and accounting systems
- Previous experience using Click Invoicing, Confluence, FreshDesk
- A business related qualification from a recognised education provider
- Experience working in a Customer Service or administration role
