Millennium Windows and Doors is seeking a self motivated, friendly person to be our front of house administrator.
You will be part of a supportive team that is aimed at giving our customers a high-quality experience and great satisfaction. We are offering on the job training with continual support.
The successful candidate must be committed to:
- Working in a full-time position – available Monday to Friday
- Provide a high standard of customer service to our customers
- Planning, prioritising and managing work loads
- Displaying excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Following direction and instruction from senior staff
- Working productively with minimal supervision
- Having a positive approach to your work
- Demonstrating exceptional organisation skills, focus and attention to detail
Your daily tasks will include:
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Data entry – including updating computer data bases and cloud based systems
- Managing staff schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers
- Liaising with builders, contractors and customers via email and face-to-face
- Ensuring the showroom and offices are kept clean and tidy
- Restocking showroom and office supplies
Applicant must hold a NSW Driver’s licence and have their own vehicle.
