BGL is seeking an experienced full time Administration Assistant to join our growing team for a full time position within our company.
The Role:-
- Monday - Friday
- Answering and forwarding incoming calls and enquiries.
- Provide administration support to other team members & Management
- Processing internal and external correspondence including client portals, emails, and computing data with high attention to detail.
- Scheduling Technicians and managing work orders and requests in a proactive manner.
- Communicating with our Electricians & management
- Once trained able to join rotational roster for afterhours.
Ideal candidate:
- Must be a team player, fast learner
- Must meet and understand deadlines for clients.
- Demonstrate a can do attitude to adapt to different situations and tasks on a day-to-day basis.
- Previous experience advantageous
- Available to start immediately
