About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Administration Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position and would suit a school leaver. We are offering full training for the ideal candidate along with the opportunity for career development.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing reception area, answering, and transferring incoming calls
- Communicate with customers face to face, via phone and email with a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Complete administrative duties and provide support to Management
- Data entry of stock and receipting accounts payable invoices
- Arrange travel and accommodation for management and assist in the organisation of functions and corporate events
To be successful you will have:
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of Higher School Certificate (HSC)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Competent in Microsoft office programs and computer programs
Skills:
- Strong problem solving skills
- Competent in using technology and the ability to learn new programs
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a small team as well as work independently
