Form of workAdelaide Hip and Knee Centre is seeking a casual Junior Administration Officer to support our successful team of Personal Assistant’s and Surgeon’s.

As a Junior Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in our administrative operations, 2-3 days a week. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Answering phones, transferring calls and taking messages in an extremely busy office;
- Managing phone enquiries and booking appointments;
- Efficiently handling administration and office duties
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries
- Assisting Personal Assistants and the reception area
To excel in this role, the successful applicant will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines with an ability to work under pressure
- Able to work independently as well as supporting the team
- Exceptional time management and organisational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and be trained in specialised software
- Proficiency in computer systems
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritise tasks
- Keen attention to detail
