About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Junior Administration Officer to join our organisation, reporting to the Financial Controller and working within a small team.
You will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence through every interaction with the customer, internal and external and ensuring that they are supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to;
- Attend to incoming emails and phone calls, assisting with enquiries and taking and delivering phone messages accurately;
- Prepare and process Technician paperwork when received and follow up any that is outstanding;
- Input invoices and complete data entry as required; and
- Processing creditor and debtor payments
- Process field paperwork, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:
- Experience in a customer service/administration role;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office;
- An ability to multi task, prioritise and manage time effectively;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;
- An ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol and criminal/driver history checks.
