Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. We need someone who thrives on making connections, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and has a knack for growing networks. As a Business Development Manager with Maple Homes, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth journey, identifying new opportunities, forging partnerships, and expanding our client base. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our property management portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate professionals.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the property management industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards Business Development goals.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the property management industry.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, practices, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
