The Role:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Business Development Manager. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about forging new relationships, driving growth, and contributing to the success of our group of companies. As a Junior BDM, you will work closely with BDM Team and Sales Team Leader to identify new business opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and expand our client base.
Responsibilities:- Assist Senior BDM with research and identify potential clients.
- Assist with lead generation through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Aim for a high retention rate, indicating client satisfaction and successful account management.
- Focus on identifying opportunities to expand services and increase client engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Present proposals to prospective clients, addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
- Assist senior BDMs in daily duties as and when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients.
*Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to work
- Current Drivers Licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Previous experience in in strata industry, Business Development or sales roles is desirable but not essential.
