Silver Asset Services (SAS) was formed in 2003. Our company delivers Electricity, Gas, Hot Water, EV, Solar and NBN Fibre services throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne.

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Business Development Manager. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about forging new relationships, driving growth, and contributing to the success of our group of companies. As a Junior BDM, you will work closely with BDM Team and Sales Team Leader to identify new business opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and expand our client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Senior BDM with research and identify potential clients.
  • Assist with lead generation through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs 
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Aim for a high retention rate, indicating client satisfaction and successful account management.
  • Focus on identifying opportunities to expand services and increase client engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Present proposals to prospective clients, addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
  • Assist senior BDMs in daily duties as and when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients.
     
Skills and Experience:

*Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to work
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Previous experience in in strata industry, Business Development or sales roles is desirable but not essential.
