Junior Change Coordinator

Security Clearance Required for this role: Must have at least Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance, NV2 preferred. Must be an Australian Citizen Mon to Fri - office hours Working from our Canberra client site, you'll collaborate closely with a small team to ensure seamless implementation of changes and releases, adhering to strict Defence policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare changes to meet operational requirements. Coordinate changes effectively across multiple vendors. Conduct governance activities in alignment with change and release processes.

Ensure strict adherence to Defence change and release policies. Facilitate change reviews and approvals. Manage the forward schedule of change, mitigating scheduling conflicts.

Identify and implement Continuous Service Improvements. Commit to adhering to Defence delivery methods and outcomes. Secondary Role Functions: Support incident, problem, and service request fulfillment processes.
