Protec Doors Pty Ltd is established supplier and installer of fire protection frames and doors within construction industries, since 2002 and expanding with other markets insight.
We are looking for enthusiastic person to join supportive and friendly team environment with good work culture, who is hard working and willing to cross train and to learn and be trained in different and various administrative positions.
Key Requirements for this role:
- Familiar with words and excel functionality
- Knowledge of accounting software such as MYOB
- Willing to learn and be part of team
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Assisting and supporting various divisions
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages accordingly
- Ensuring meeting rooms and any other areas are clean and tidy
- Dealing with incoming post and liaising with couriers.
- Compiling various documents using Word/Excel
- Training can be provided where appropriate to the suitable candidate
