Due to continued growth and to further continue our success, we require a vibrant Junior Dealership Administrator to join our Ducati Sales & Administration team.
The Dealership Administrator is responsible for general dealership administration and will provide strong support to all areas of the Dealership. This includes liaising and interacting with customers, face to face, via telephone and efficiently handle all dealership associated administration tasks in an efficient and accurate manner providing customers with a positive memorable experience.
The successful applicant will be a highly competent Administrator with strong & accurate attention to detail who enjoys providing customers with an excellence of service while strictly following all company policies and procedures.

Salary on offer, $55-$60k plus super, bonuses & benefits.
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer documentation is complete and ready for customers when picking up their purchased Motorcycle.
- Promptly answering incoming Customer calls, identifying Customer’s needs.
- Prepare motorcycle sales delivery packs, new and used.
- Daily banking
- Undertake daily Motorcycle registrations: via Dealer Online / NSW RMS Registration.
- Order Registration plates, allocate plates and maintain number plate register.
- Managing vehicle registration transfers.
- Assist Finance Team with documentation administration.
- Capture customer details for Marketing events & Finance requirements.
- Assist and support the G.M & Sales Department with administration/clerical duties.
What you’ll bring to excel in this role;
- Previous experience in a customer service / administration role ideally within the Motorcycle/Automotive trade or finance industry.
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
- Confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people face to face & over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to plan and prioritise the workload effectively to ensure that tasks are completed on time and customers are attended to promptly.
- Customer and task focused with strong time management skills.
- Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literate and comfortable with learning new systems and processes
- Flexible adaptable and a team player with an ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrate honesty and reliability.
