Junior Collections Officer

We are looking for an intelligent, motivated person to take their first steps towards a lucrative collections career in the finance industry. 

Due to expansion, we seek to fill this exciting new role in our Collections team. Prior experience is not a prerequisite as the successful applicant will be trained in the account management field with a view to becoming a successful Collections Officer.

Daily tasks will include:

• Inbound and outbound calls
• Answering incoming client emails
• Analysing clients accounts
• Ensuring your portfolio of clients are actioned each week.
• Following direction from your team leader

This will be a full-time role with an award wage + an excellent uncapped commission structure where consistent results will result in great financial reward.
