About the opportunity
The (i.e.,) content team sits within our CX discipline. It is a team of experienced creatives who use their passion for delivering outstanding digital experiences to create innovative products and services for our clients.
As a Junior Content Producer on our largest client, you will work within a cross-functional customer experience team alongside passionate designers, developers, business analysts, project managers and analytics experts.
You will be tasked with
- Writing original copy, proofreading and editing website content for different purposes and audiences
- Communicating creative ideas and approaches to an array of different stakeholders
- Working closely with UX and data analysts to implement user-centric content, improve conversions and to increase organic search traffic and
- Supporting digital optimisation plans and deliver on website content roadmaps and sprints, including site enhancements, content development, information architecture, and digital branding
About You

- Technically Minded - You have an understanding of CMS authoring, ideally on Sitecore, with a base knowledge of SEO and web architecture good practice
- Content Production - You have experience or strong interest in web content production, with a keen eye for detail and a hunger to develop more strategic knowledge
- Design & Copy - You do more than produce content, you love to tell stories, with excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for design. A copywriting background would be ideal.
- Problem Solver - You can quickly identify and resolve content-related issues
- Multi-Tasker - You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong Communicator - You are comfortable interacting candidly and transparently across a broad number of stakeholders from technical teams, to business teams to senior leadership.
