Tendered’s primary business is outsourced tender writing and proposal development services. That means we assist individuals and businesses to put together applications that help them secure new business opportunities.

In addition, we also prepare grant applications to secure funding from the government or private philanthropists, develop sales & marketing documents, and manage procurement arrangements.

About The Role 

The Junior Content developer role is an entry-level writing position that will provide support to a small team of writers within a larger team environment. This role will produce pieces of writing within the context of an overall tender, grant, or proposal. Generally, content will be of a lower complexity, but will escalate in line with experience. 

What You’ll Do

• Content writing
• Document administration
• Tender administration
• Editing and proofreading

What You’ll Bring 

• No direct experience is needed. However, writing experience in a commercial context is preferable.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, journalism or law will be highly regarded.
• Strong spelling and grammar skills are essential for success.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure will be highly regarded.
