We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a team on a full-time basis, with a successful building company/developer located in Eight Mile Plains.
A QLD based developer with over 7 years of tier 3 industry experience is seeking someone to join and grow their career while they continue to grow the business.
Duties & tasks:
- Coordinate all aspects of day-to-day office work
- Preparation & review of tenders, scopes, letting schedules, and procuring schedules
- Subcontract management
- Oversee progress claims & variations
Requirements & experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in Brisbane or the Gold Coast (preferred)
- A mix of project experience from high-end residential to commercial
- Industry relevant tertiary degree or qualifications
- Firm grasp of safety management strategies
- Sound knowledge of construction, sequencing of methodology & value engineering
