Salary- Junior Contracts Administrator –Tier 3 building refurb and maintenance
- Offices located 10k’s South of central Sunshine Coast
- Excellent, growing company within the constructions, refurbishment and maintenance space.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years industry experience working with a building, refurb or maintenance contractor in an Administration position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for the construction industry
- Move into Contracts Administration and Project Management position
- Will receive a salary of between roughly $60,000 - $75,000 + Super (D.O.E)

An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Contracts Administrator to join an excellent building contractor with offices on the Sunshine Coast. The business, with projects across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast has a spread of work across remedial, fit out and minor new build construction. Due to a heavy workload and growth they are now looking to add a Cadet CA to their Sunshine Coast office to play a key support function.
Working in a small, but growing team, reporting to the Project Manager you will perform a key support role to the project teams. Duties will include;
- Procurement
- Document Control
- Site coordination and reviewing project timelines
- WH&S and project compliance
- RFI's
- Project handover and closeout
- Systems relevant to this position: Procore, Microsoft packages, Email and IT proficiency

Ideally suited to construction Cadets with 1-2 years experience or Project Coordinators with construction experience and relevant qualification in the industry.
